COMEDY: Julian Clary in Worthing

STAND-up comic Julian Clary brings his 50th birthday celebration show to Worthing on Sunday, March 7 with one of a year's worth of shows, featuring fabulous stage outfit and comedy-mayhem.

Known for his fun-filled, camp and outrageous comedy, Julian enthralled audiences as a contestant on BBC1's Strictly Come Dancing a couple of years ago and has combined his fiftieth birthday with his experiences on the programme to create the new tour, Lord of the Mince.

Julian's Worthing show will be less outrageous than some of his more recent but he warned: "I still get the odd sharp intake of breath, especially from blue-rinse ladies in pearls who've come along to see 'that nice boy from Strictly Come Dancing', but I don't feel the need to shock now '“ people are much more accepting and less fearful these days."
