As if that isn’t enough to whet the appetite, the 30 July sees Battaash on a quest to make it a historic fifth consecutive win in the King George Qatar Stakes, his blistering speed is set to be part of world record attempt by a racehorse over five furlongs.
Celebrity spotting comes to the fore for the Magnolia Cup presented by Markel, where twelve inspirational women line-up in a charity race down Goodwood Racecourse’s home straight in aid of UK charity Smart Works.
