Marmaris Kebab House, a takeaway at 23 Boundary Road, Hove was given the score after assessment on May 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brighton and Hove's 261 takeaways with ratings, 163 (62%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
