New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Brighton and Hove’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Brighton and Hove’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Greekatessen, at The Temporary Market Stalls, Churchill Square, Brighton was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 9.

And Cravinn, at 2 Preston Circus, Brighton was given a score of two on June 9.

It means that of Brighton and Hove's 286 takeaways with ratings, 178 (62%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
