Food hygiene ratings given to two Rother restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Rother’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Rother’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Costa Coffee, at 16 High Street, Battle, East Sussex was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 4.

And Syrian Lounge, at 4 Western Road, Bexhill, East Sussex was given a score of four on June 20.

It means that of Rother's 199 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 158 (79%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
