A Wealden restaurant has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Age Concern, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Charles Hunt Day Centre, Vicarage Field, Hailsham, East Sussex was given the maximum score after assessment on July 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Wealden's 232 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 151 (65%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
