Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at The Observatory Science Centre, Wartling Road, Wartling, East Sussex was given the maximum score after assessment on August 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wealden's 231 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 152 (66%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
