Building on this strong foundation, Chyngton School is delighted to officially announce the launch of its new Nursery in April 2026. The Nursery will welcome children aged 2–4 and represents an exciting new chapter as Chyngton becomes part of a seamless all‑through 2–18 educational pathway within the Seaford Learning Trust.

The new Nursery will build on Chyngton’s established strengths in Early Years provision, inclusion, and pastoral care, offering children the very best start to their education and providing much‑needed high‑quality early years places for local families.

Headteacher Amy Clarke said: “We are incredibly proud of this Ofsted report, which truly reflects the dedication, expertise and care shown by our staff every day, as well as the enthusiasm and achievements of our pupils.

The opening of our new Nursery is an exciting step forward in delivering our vision of a seamless, exceptional learning experience from the age of 2 right through to 18. Last year our Year 6 pupils celebrated excellent SATs results, while one of our former students, Amelie Procter, was preparing to begin her Law degree at Oxford University. Our staff can feel immensely proud of the lasting impact they have on the young people of Seaford.”
