A group of Crawley residents swapped their usual weekend routines for a morning of teamwork, exercise and friendly competition at a local fitness event.

HUSTLE Training Club hosted its latest Games Day on Saturday bringing members together to take part in a series of team based workouts.
Members were divided into teams and worked their way through three different workouts, encouraging and supporting one another along the way.
While there was plenty of friendly competition, the emphasis was on participation, teamwork and enjoying the experience rather than winning the gold medal.
For many people, taking part in a fitness event can feel daunting, especially if they don't consider themselves naturally sporty or competitive. Events like Games Day offer an opportunity to step outside their comfort zone in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
The morning also highlighted the social side of exercise and the importance of building connections through shared activities.
With busy working lives and family commitments often making it difficult to prioritise physical activity, opportunities to combine fitness with friendship and community can make exercise something people genuinely look forward to.
The event finished with plenty of smiles, a sense of achievement and another reminder that staying active doesn't always have to be about personal bests or performance.
Sometimes it's just about showing up, having a go and enjoying being part of something.
