Crowborough homes in the running for top awards

Housebuilder Dandara has been shortlisted for two Excellence Awards by leading warranty provider Premier Guarantee for its developments in Crowborough, East Sussex.
Both Pearmain Place and nearby Braeburn Fields have been named finalists in the hotly contested Development of the Year categories, with Pearmain Place shortlisted in the 51-100 units category and Braeburn Fields recognised in the 101-150 units category.
Located on the edge of Ashdown Forest, the developments have proved popular with homebuyers attracted by the high standard of the homes and the natural beauty of the countryside setting.
The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards celebrate the very best in UK housebuilding, with developments assessed against a series of rigorous criteria including site management, health and safety, workmanship, and overall site.
