Land with outline planning permission for six homes in a rural setting near Horsham is set to be auctioned in November.

The Pig Farm in Guildford Road, Bucks Green is among 169 lots listed across southern England in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Auctioneers.
It is listed with a freehold guide price of £1.2 million to £1.3 million with vacant possession at the firm’s auction which ends on Thursday 5 November.
Senior Auction Appraiser and Auctioneer Richard Payne said: “Situated on level ground just off the A281 in this sought after village on the outskirts of Horsham, is a plot of land with planning for six dwellings.
“The rectangular shaped plot extends to just under three quarters of an acres and is at the heart of the village between Rudgwick and Lockswood, close to local schools and amenities. The nearby A24 provides access to Horsham, Gatwick and all surrounding areas.
“We are anticipating strong interest from builders and developers seeking a quick start on a substantial project.”
Planning has been granted by Horsham District Council for an outline application for six detached dwellings with associated garages, parking and landscaping with all matters reserved.

Bidding for the current auction, the penultimate one of 2026, goes live on Tuesday 3 November and concludes on Thursday 5 November.
