The tables were turned on Marine Garden bowlers this week when following victory in their opening WSBL fixture they lost to a very good Norfolk team by 3-1 and aggregate 78-44.
A ray of sunshine for the travellers was provided by David Barlow, Ken Leadbeater, Rod Smith and James Albon who competed well to earn 2 points with a 16-9 win.
The good weather has ensured plenty of action on the green with club drives and internal competitions.
We are hopeful that following our Open Days some of the attendees may join our ranks and enjoy this wonderful sport .
