The late Councillor Fabian often affectionately referred to as Auntie June passed away in 2004.

Following the recent passing of her sister Angela Collette Fabian a former ice skater, perfume assistant in Debenhams found the time to support June by officially becoming her appointed Mayoress during her 2 years period in office in the early 1990's.
