Pret A Manger to open in Chichester city centre
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
The coffee giant has been granted permission to open its doors in the former Gerry Weber site in East Street this week. The approval will see Pret’s return to East Street after closing in 2020 due to pressures of the pandemic. Greggs has since opened in its place, after shutting its North Street store earlier this year.
A fresh air and extraction vents will be built in the unit, a kitchen will be built, as well as seating and a till area. The application also allows for the shop front to be repainted grey.
