A Sussex village pub is on the lookout for a new landlord.
The Labouring Man at Coldwaltham near Pulborough is available for lease.
The country inn, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, has a bar and dining areas, along with five en-suite hotel rooms.
It also has front and rear terraces and is said to have been ‘immaculately refurbished.’
It is being marketed through agents Sidney Phillips.
