Tesco to open new Horsham town centre store

Builders have started work on converting premises in West Street to a Tesco Express store.

It is on the site previously occupied by Top Shop opposite Costa Coffee.

A note in the window says that work on the new store is due to be completed by January 23.

A Tesco supermarket was previously sited in West Street opposite the Lynd Cross pub and later became a branch of McDonalds which closed there in 2014.
