Horsham firm creates official lyric video for McFly

RMV Productions, created the lyric video for McFly’s new song called Growing Up.

Pete Reeve, owner of RMV Productions, said: “With a brief of a 90s kids VHS type video and sing-a-long, karaoke lyrics, we took the idea of Growing Up and ran with it.

“McFly, to us, have always had a lighthearted feel about them so we took imagery of each of the band members and superimposed their heads on to babies’ bodies with lip syncing mouths.”

This resulted in a ‘very tongue-in-cheek’ video which RMV Productions and Mc Fly are thrilled with, he added.

Fans of the band have been praising the video since McFly launched it on their social media.

Peter said they had praised the movie as being ‘amazing’ and the ‘best lyric video ever’. Friend of the band James Born, from Busted, said it was ‘hands down the best video’.

The RMV team have also produced an animated music video for Paul Weller, an animated comic for the Pet Shop Boys, a lyric video and social media content for Tom Walker, and Aitch.
