Craig Fairhall, 32, of Sompting Road, Lancing, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Lewes Road, Brighton, on August 27, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Richard Marsh, 42, of Vale Drive, Findon Valley, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on September 24, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Melanie Diffey, 42, of Newland Road, Worthing, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on October 13, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Harvey Eastley, 19, of Clifton Road, Littlehampton, was fined £660 and must pay £88 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in Duke Street, Littlehampton, on September 19, 2020. He was also fined £220 after admitting driving without the correct licence. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Francesca Nally, 32, of Causeway Place, The Causeway, Worthing, was fined £392 and must pay £39 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Lyminster Road, Littlehampton, on September 20, 2020. He driving record was endorsed with six points.

Ian Palmer, 57, of The Willows, Ford Road, Ford, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over 70mph on the A27 Hangleton on September 18, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Kristian Axon, 43, of Dawtrey Close, Rustington, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on September 15, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Darren Bond, 35, of Cornfield Way, Worthing, was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A259 Marina, Hastings, on September 19, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Adam Oxley, 19, of Shakespeare Road, Worthing, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to stop on an electric scooter when required by Sussex Police in Old Worthing Road, Angmering, on November 29, 2020. He was fined £80 after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Station Road, Angmering, on November 29, 2020. He was fined £80 after admitting using an electric scooter without insurance in Station Road, Angmering, on November 29, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points. Liam James, 22, of Rotary House, Beachcroft Place, Lancing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £120 after admitting driving while disqualified in Broadwater Street West, Worthing, on September 30, 2020. He was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £120 after admitting driving while disqualified in Surrenden Road, Brighton, on November 20, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 17 months. He also admitted two charges of driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

icky Sinko, 39, of Teville Road, Worthing, was fined £86 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing 61g of cannabis, a class B drug, in Worthing on November 13, 2020.

Ben Dillon, 30, c/o Cambourne Court, Worthing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting stealing electronic items worth £216 from Tesco Extra, Holmbush Centre, on February 16, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Nicholas North, 33, of Kipling Avenue, Goring, was given a community order and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Worthing on September 26, 2020. He must pay £150 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Mindaugas Zukauskas, 24, of Wordworth Road, Worthing, was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified on the A23 Bolney on February 14, 2021. He was given an 18-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, after admitting drink-driving (66mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A23 Bolney on February 14, 2021. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 38 months. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Stephen Blyth, 53, of North Ham Road, Littlehampton, was fined £108 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £300 costs, after admitting unauthorised licensable activity, exposing 43 bottles of alcohol, including wine, prosecco and 18 cans of Carling lager, for sale at 24/7 Store, Bayford Road, Littlehampton, on April 18, 2020.

David Purton, 27, of Cottenham Road, Worthing, was jailed for seven days after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Worthing on March 24, 2021. He must pay £128 victim surcharge after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Worthing on March 24, 2021, no separate penalty.

Bradie Thomson, 32, of Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, was given a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing five bottles of wine from Tesco Express, Broadwater, on January 17, 2021. He was given two six-week concurrent prison sentences, suspended for 12 months, after admitting two charges of breaching a criminal behaviour order, by entering Tesco Express, Broadwater, on January 17, 2021, and entering The Co-op, High Street, Shoreham, on March 19, 2021. He was given a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £128 victim surcharge after admitting stealing four bottles of prosecco worth £28 from The Co-op, High Street, Shoreham, on March 19, 2021. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order, which was varied by extending the supervision period from 12 months to 18 months.

Owen Hill, 19, of The Leas, Rustington, was given a community order with three-month curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 6am daily and must carry out 240 hours’ unpaid work after admitting having a knife in Bognor Regis without good reason on December 21, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £320 costs. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order, which was revoked and he was resentenced, receiving a community order for assault by beating in Angmering on November 29, 2018.
