A wanted person has been arrested at Gatwick Airport after entering the country, according to police.

Officers from British Transport Police’s (BTP) operational support policing teams said the arrest was made on Wednesday, April 27.

A BTP spokesperson said, “With assistance from Gatwick Police, one person was arrested for numerous offences.
