Developers plan to demolish old dairy building in Littlehampton and build homes

A PLANNING application has been submitted to demolish the old dairy building in Littlehampton and construct new homes on the site.

South Coast Properties aims to demolish the existing building in Church Street, Littlehampton, and construct 11 new homes.

These will include two studio apartments, one two-bedroom apartment, five two-bedroom homes, and three three-bedroom houses.

The planning application is not due to be considered by Arur District Council until later this year.

The site was last used in June this year by the town council, as well as the charities Enable Me and Arun Community Transport and also as a community centre.
