Finishing touches being made to new Hastings pub

Set to open on Monday (July 25), the pub on The Ridge will offer an exciting menu, including a fresh chicken rotisserie, and a beer garden with a children’s play area.

The pub’s completion is near and the team cannot wait to welcome locals through its doors.

“There’s only two weeks to go until we open and we are delighted to have our team on board and we can’t wait to welcome the community in to sample our extensive menu and to raise a glass to our opening,” said manager Centh McGee.

The rotisserie, which can be personalised with your own sauce, style and hand selected sides, comes alongside pub classics from the summery main menu such as Wiltshire ham and eggs, lime and chilli salmon couscous salad, buttermilk chicken burger and golden Whitby scampi.

Alongside the new pub, the beer garden is perfect for those balmy summer evenings and offer the perfect spot to enjoy a drink from the extensive range of selected cask ales, wines, spirits and soft drinks all available at the bar.

The Conquerors March is part of an ongoing new build programme from Marston’s Inns and Taverns to provide quality pubs throughout the UK.
