Firefighters called out to weekend incidents
A couple of small fires were dealt with by the emergency services over the weekend in Burgess Hill and East Grinstead.
On Saturday (September 28) a tree caught alight in a garden in Hackenden Close, East Grinstead.
A fire crew was sent at around 10.30am and used a hose reel to douse the flames.
Yesterday (Sunday), an unattended bonfire outside the Business Centre in Marchants Way was put out at around 8.30pm.
