Hundreds of vehicles lined up for Horsham’s Piazza Italia

This year Horsham Piazza Italia is starting earlier as more than 500 classic vehicles are ready to go on show.

Due to high demand, on Good Friday the Ferrari catwalk is starting at 10am in the Carfax and will give the public a chance to see some of the world’s most stylish cars close up and driving by, with a running commentary describing each vehicle.

However, Piazza Italia is not just about cars, it also involves bikes too.

Good Friday will see a drive through of more than 200 superbikes, led by the world famous Italian manufacturer Ducati at 12.15pm with a no barriers static display afterwards.

Also on Friday in the Carfax there will be a display of classic supercars, a display by car manufacturer Abarth for those who prefer smaller cars with a lot of punch and long-time sponsors Lifestyle Mazda with their display of their latest models.

Easter Saturday is all about Minis. This year ItalianJob.com is bringing more than 40 classic Minis parading through Horsham Town Centre at 10.30am and then driving down to display at the Bishopric for the rest of the day.

Also on Easter Saturday Broadbridge Heath Garage and The Children’s Trust are bringing a top of the line selection of supercars to display in East Street and Market Square, with the chance to gain tickets to race on the Top Gear track at Dunsfold.

On the final day of Piazza Italia, Easter Monday, the extreme stylings and noise of the Italian manufacturer Lamborghini will arrive in Horsham Town Centre.

A range of Lamborghinis will be strutting their stuff with a Carfax Parade at 10am then moving on to display at the Forum from 10.30am.

However it’s not only about the Lamborghinis on Easter Monday, with the return of the now famous Bullseye Scooter Club arriving at 10.45am in the Carfax, displaying their Italian scooters around the bandstand for all to see.

Horsham Town Centre will also have more displays from Washington Coachworks with their range of supercars, classic Alfa Romeos and Fiat Coupes in the Carfax.

There will also be displays of the famous classic Fiat 500s in East Street, the slightly shinier Fiat Abarths and further displays from Lifestyle Mazda.
