LETTER: What nation has been waiting for

We are proud and thrilled to have discovered the UK’s very next big thing.

Tucked away in a small bar, largely unannounced and after the main entertainment had finished, when many had gone to bed were Jamie and Danny. Simply fantastic!

Two unassuming very young (and good-looking) men – but could they entertain. An act to rival – if not even surpass – the great duo-acts of the past: Morecambe and Wise, Two Ronnies, and (their joke) the Chuckle Brothers.

Easy- going humour, no filthy words, little anecdotes, singing – songs old and new – lots with a subtle twist, bouncing off each other with little jokes, topical gags (think Trump) – they could even tap dance, one plays the piano – the best entertainment I have seen in years.

The best thing this side of Christmas by far – Simon Cowell, where were you – please, please, someone check them out. This is what our nation has been waiting years for.
