One-off fun and festive yoga session for charity

After raising over £500 in the summer with Yoga in the Park for the Nepal Disaster, Meg Thompson, of Yoga With Meg based in Horsham, is set to run another charity class, this time for Ourmala - a charity that helps refugee and asylum-seeking women who have experienced violence and oppression to regain strength and hope in their lives.

From stretching and moving through a flow with some fun balances to the blissful relaxation at the end, the class promises to offer something for everyone.

Special guest and mindfulness expert, Paul Meek, will also run a short mindfulness session at the end of the class.

Paul has been practising mindfulness since 1997 after a chance encounter on a train in India with a nun who studied under the Dalai Lama.

He now teaches at the Buddhapadipa Temple in London.

No bookings are required, simply turn up on the day with your mat and if you so choose, some tinsel and Santa hats!
