Switch no option
Once again, we are inflicted with the annual above-inflation price hike from the energy companies.
Politicians implore us to ‘switch and save’, but I cannot, nor can I fix the cost, because I am on the ‘Warmwise’ tariff.
If you complain to the energy ombudsman, you will have to endure a long wait, as they are currently inundated with complaints, surprise, surprise!
