Pensioners taken to hospital after A21 car crash

TWO pensioners were taken to hospital following a crash on the A21 at Hurst Green this lunch time (Thursday).

Two cars collided near Coopers Corner just after midday.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene.

One man was reportedly suffering with chest pains.

Two elderly patients were taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital in Pembury.

A spokesperson for the South East Coast Ambulance Service said the pair’s injuries were not believed to be serious.
