Managing director Andrew Thomason said: “We are thrilled to be recognised by such prestigious groups and awards.

“Our aim has always been to operate a luxury hotel whilst offering impeccable service within a relaxed and comfortable environment.

“These awards are a true testament to what we are trying to achieve and we are confident that we can continue to build on this over the next few years.”

Gravetye Manor’s grandiose Elizabethan origins date from 1598. The hotel stands in 1,000 acres of ancient forestry land and is surrounded by 35 acres of historic landscaped gardens.
