Anger as public toilets in Bognor Regis vandalised
An Arun District Council spokesperson has described the anger and sadness felt by staff after public toilets in Avisford Park Recreation Ground were vandalised.

The newly-refurbished toilets were damaged by vandals who covered the walls in offensive words and images, some of which were so explicit, a council spokesperson was forced to censor an image of the damage posted to Facebook.
“This is disrespectful and destructive behaviour which will result in the newly extensively refurbished toilets having to be closed and more money spent on them,” they said.
