More than 600 runners crossed the line at the Eastbourne Half Marathon on the weekend.

The Herald has put together a spread on the event - including a selection of pictures from the day.

The paper also features a story on an Eastbourne councillor claiming parts of the town have been ‘left to deteriorate’ and are now ‘tatty beyond belief.

Kshama Shore said part of the town’s seafront were ‘frankly a disgrace’.
