PICTURES: The RSPCA dogs that are closest to Eastbourne and ready to be re-homed

Eastbourne is an ideal location for dog owners with the South Downs and beach on the town’s doorstep, but unfortunately there are still a number of animals searching for a new home. Here are nine dogs from the RSPCA that are still looking for a new owner. All pictures courtesy of the RSPCA.

1.

Beryl from Brighton Animal Centre: The 12-year-old blind and deaf cocker spaniel loves attention and treats. The RSPCA said she would ideally suit an experienced dog owner who has had a deaf and blind dog before. SUS-210907-122148001

2.

Bear from Brighton Animal Centre: The one-year-old husky, staffie, collie cross is a friendly and active dog who would best suit a family without young children. SUS-210907-122128001

3.

Stuart from Brighton Animal Centre: The 'shy' five/six year-old Chihuahua is looking for an adult-only, experienced home. Stuart is still being assessed at the moment. SUS-210907-122249001

4.
