Eastbourne is an ideal location for dog owners with the South Downs and beach on the town’s doorstep, but unfortunately there are still a number of animals searching for a new home. Here are nine dogs from the RSPCA that are still looking for a new owner. All pictures courtesy of the RSPCA.

Nine-year-old Lola has a very caring and maternal nature but she does like a cuddle herself. The RSPCA said the beagle can also be 'playful and happy'. SUS-210907-135315001

Lottie is full of character and is 'into everything'. The four-year-old is also 'unbelievably loving' and can often be quite needy. SUS-210907-135325001
