Nicola Bird, manager, and Daren Cheeseman, from Pagoda Security, will be doing a 15,000 foot skydive to raise money for St Catherine's Hospice.

Over the last seven years they have raised thousands of pounds for various charities, and now they want to turn their attention to more local charities.

"We've raised £1,500 so far, and have a free fun day on Saturday, May 16 called Transforming Tomorrow to raise awareness and money for the charity, which will have back to back entertainment.

"I have a paralysed arm, and Daren has a petrifying fear of heights, but the more that we raise, the more it motivates us."

They plan to do the skydive on Sunday 3rd May with Go Sky Dive in Salisbury, and will be falling from 15,000ft - the maximum altitude you can skydive from in the UK, which allows 60 seconds of freefall time.
