PROPOSALS to return a florist’s shop at 123 Sea Road, East Preston, to its former use as a taxi office, with a new radio mast, are in the latest list of applications made to Arun District Council.

CLIMPING: two-storey side/rear extension (re-submission of CM/4/14) 1 Church Farm Cottages, Horsemere Green Lane.

EAST PRESTON: alterations to dormers to increase floor area of bedroom no. 4, The Cottage, 6 Golden Avenue.

Rear extension and roof conversion, including dormer windows to east and west elevations and new front porch (re-submission of EP/46/14), 11 Worthing Road.

LITTLEHAMPTON: change of use from office to cab office and additional use for sale of taxi equipment, 2 East Street.

Single-storey extension and first-floor addition over single-storey extension as relative’s accommodation, 187 Lyminster Road.

Additional accommodation for adults with learning disabilities (re-submission of LU/31/11), 53 Arundel Road.

RUSTINGTON: first floor side extension with pitched roof to match existing and material change to front elevation ground-floor window. 23 Duncton Road.

YAPTON: two-storey side extension, 33 Blenheim Road.
