“The design uses warm tones of orange and green with wooden textures to create a comfortable Asian-inspired atmosphere.

"The layout includes a kitchen and storage area and a dining space with a counter bar, connected internally for efficient workflow.

“A professional extraction and ventilation system will control heat and odour. A grease trap will be installed before wastewater discharge, and all waste will be managed by Eastbourne Borough Council in line with environmental standards.

"The premises offer level access from Mark Lane with clear internal circulation suitable for all customers, including those with limited mobility.

"The restaurant will contribute to the local economy by creating jobs, supporting local suppliers.”
