£1 a day pre-Xmas parking charge
A pound-a-day parking charge is to be offered at five council car parks on three Saturdays in December (7th, 14th and 21st).
In a bid to attract shoppers in the pre-Christmas period, drivers will be charged a flat £1 rate instead of the usual five bands of charges.
The car parks are: Franklynn Road Haywards Heath, Station Road Burgess Hill, Queens Crescent Burgess Hill, Norton House East Grinstead and The Vicarage East Grinstead.
