Seaford College celebrates Christmas with Gingerbread Mansion House

SEAFORD College has celebrated Christmas by creating a gingerbread Mansion House.

An edible replica of the college building has been created by head chef Cavill Perrin, who spent 18 hours creating the masterpiece to celebrate the festive period.

He said: “It’s something I’ve always wanted to make.”

Cavill used 12lb of gingerbread dough and 10lb of royal icing to produce the Mansion House replica.
