Spooky story presents reading challenge
PUPILS at Guestling Bradshaw School spent their summer holidays with their head in a book.
For the fifth year, pupils were encouraged to continue reading over the holidays by taking part in the local library challenge.
Kate Tugwell, from the school, said: “The theme ‘ Creepy Castle’ really captured the children’s imagination and over 60 completed the challenge. Reading gives children a life-long love of books and stories and is very much part of our way of life at Guestling School.”
