Following the first day of industrial action on Thursday (August 18), RMT members at Network Rail and UK train operators were on strike again yesterday (Saturday, August 20).
There will be a knock on affect today Sunday (August 21) – services will start much later than normal and a Sunday service will then operate.
Southern Rail said: "Services will be starting later today.

Day after strike day trains:
Southern said the disruption from an RMT strike day will have a knock-on effect as the railway will be unavailable overnight, meaning that trains and crew will ‘not be in the correct locations to provide a normal service’.
A spokesperson added: “We expect first services to be extremely crowded and you may not be able to board your chosen service.
