Police reopen road at Sussex beauty spot after it was shut due to too many vehicles

Police have reopened the road at a Sussex beauty spot after closing it due to an overflow of vehicles.

Mid Sussex Police said officers closed Mill Lane because of an overflow of vehicles in the car park and passing reservations.

Mill Lane, near Pyecombe, is close to the scenic Clayton windmills.

But police later confirmed they had reopened the road.
