Southern Rail: Level crossing barrier causing disruption to trains between Chichester and Havant
A level crossing barrier fault is causing disruption to trains between Chichester and Havant this morning (September 10).
Trains have to run at a reduced speed between the two stations due to the fault, according to Southern Rail.
The rail service said trains may be delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised.
A Southern Rail spokesperson said: “A problem with the barriers at a level crossing near Warblington means trains cannot run over the crossing, and as such, the route is closed.

“Network Rail will ensure the barriers are fixed and trains can move as soon as possible. Until this is done, your train may be held on approach to the area or revised at short notice.”
