Treat your feet this week
AS PART of reflexology week, Silverson Therapies, has organised reflexology taster treatments, on Friday, September 28.
Nicky Silverson of Silverson Therapies will be at the Shoreham Centre, Pond Road, from 10am until 2pm and all proceeds will be donated to Chestnut Tree House.
There will also be an opportunity to find out about baby reflexology with a workshop on the Friday morning for babies from four weeks to six months old.
