Refurbishment work has begun this week at Carron Lane play park.

Funded by Midhurst Town Council, the upgraded park will have a large four-towered castle with monkey bars, climbing holds, and poles to slide down for older children, as well as a dedicated toddler-friendly play area.
There will be a large swing area, a 'supernova' roundabout and animal springer equipment.
A pretend petrol station will feed children's imaginative play, whilst a large, multi-person see-saw will help them explore physics whilst they have fun.
The park has been designed for under-12s and can accommodate 80 children at a time.
It is due to open back to the public at the beginning of December.
In the meantime, the skate park, wooden equipment and adult exercise machines remain open.
