Countless chances including a missed Neal Maupay penalty were wasted by the hosts, with the side now having only scored once in their last seven appearances and not seen a goal at The Amex since mid-January.
On the other hand, Norwich stopped the rot of their six game losing streak by hanging onto a point at the AMEX.
Dean Smith’s side kept out Brighton, some part of their own and some by Brighton’s complete wastefulness in a tough backs to the wall performance.
Here are the player ratings - Brighton by Sonny Turner, Norwich City by Sonny Turner.
21. Billy Gilmour 6
Sloppy in possession and was lucky to get away with a poor tackle. Had to work hard, dug deep late on.
22. Mathias Normann 6
Robbed in possession cheaply before MacAllister shot wide. Visibly tired as clock ticked down making lazy and desperate challenges.
23. Kenny McLean 5
First shot of the game for his side on 30 minutes, was closer to the corner flag. Booked. Subbed in injury time.
24. Milot Rashica 6
Early sign he could be the one for his side today but wasted the chance to win the match with a terrible ballooned effort on the volley, subbed minutes after.
