Brighton have beaten Southampton and Newcastle in their previous two top flight encounters and a first ever victory at Old Trafford would pull Potter's team further away from the relegation places.
In will be no easy task however as United are second in the league standings and three points for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team would boost their chances of a top four finish.
Albion will be without defenders Adam Webster and Dan Burn for this one and will hope Jakub Moder and Leo Trossard can continue their fine form.

Returned from the international break after his first taste of the Spain camp following his call-up to Luis Enrique's squad. Will be keen to impress at Old Trafford and Brighton will need him at his best against a potent United attack

Likely to be used on the right side of a defensive trio as Brighton continue to adapt their defence due to the absence of Dan Burn and Adam Webster. Could be in for a tough evening up against Rashford - if the Man U striker is declared fit
9. Leo Trossard
Another in good form for club and country and the Belgian will likely play just behind the strikers at Old Trafford. An expert and finding gaps and oppositions defence and will be determined to score against United after his 'woodwork hat-trick' in the reverse fixture
10. Neal Maupay
Scored his eighth goal of the season against Newcastle last time out. That's two more than Ed Cavani and four more than Anthony Martial.
11. Danny Welbeck
Back in top form after his knee problem and will likely lead the line with Maupay. Would love to get on the score-sheet against his former club
