With Celtic eyeing another Premiership title, Neil Lennon has made no secret about his desire to strengthen.

Several reports suggest that the Hoops boss is keen on the Republic of Ireland international with a potential loan switch from the Seagulls on the cards.

Duffy made 19 Premier League appearances for Brighton last season – but has slipped down the pecking order – with Lewis Dunk, Adam Webster, Joel Veltman and Ben White contending for places in Graham Potter’s starting XI.

Multiple reports suggest that Celtic will face competition from the likes of West Ham and Burnley and West Brom for the centre back.

Graham Potter’s Seagulls are thought to value the 28-year-old at somewhere around the £10 million mark.
