The new United boss has been busy in this summer’s transfer window – spending £72 million on 3 new additions to the squad.
Tyrell Malacia became United’s first signing of the Ten Hag era earlier this month as he arrived from Feyenoord for £15 million.
Christian Eriksen has also signed on a free transfer and Lisandro Martinez was bought from Ajax for £48 million earlier this week.
The Red Devils have enjoyed a successful pre season so far – winning three games and drawing one – scoring 13 goals along the way.
Ten Hag’s first 11 for their curtain raiser against Brighton is much anticipated and the Dutchmen will know that Graham Potter’s side will be no pushovers.
That said, here is how SussexWorld expect United to line up against the Albion next weekend….
. David De Gea
David De Gea has looked vulnerable during pre-season, especially when caught ducking when Calum Chambers rose highest for Villa to bag an unlikely equaliser last week.
However, the Spaniard is still the United number one and should get the vote of confidence for the season opener.

The left-back is expected to make his debut next weekend, having given United a better balance in attack and defending then Luke Shaw during pre-season.

3. Diogo Dalot
Many are anticipating Diogo Dalot to start on the right-side of United's defence.
The 23-year-old has been on form during pre-season and has established himself in the team ahead of Aaron Wan-Bissaka - having provided a left-footed assist for Martial.

4. Lisandro Martinez
United’s recently signed Lisandro Martinez from Ten Hag’s former side for £48 million, but the Argentinian centre-back is not expected to start against Brighton.
Ten Hag could revert to one of Raphael Varane, Victor Lindelof or Eric Bailly to start alongside Harry Maguire.
However, it won't be long before the left-footed centre-back makes his club debut.
