Charlton Athletic defender joins Crawley Town on loan

Ty joins the club until the end of the season.

Ewens-Findlay signed for Charlton from Cambridge United in 2025 and featured regularly for Charlton’s youth setup.

Before heading out for his first loan, Ty has signed a new contract with the Addicks.

Described by many as a versatile defender, Ty is predominantly a centre-back, but is experienced in playing in positions across the back line.

Venturing up into holding midfield is also in Ewens-Findlay’s playbook.
