Crawley Town pulled off a brilliant 2-1 win against Forest Green Rovers at the People's Pension Stadium today (Saturday, February 27).
First half goals from Ashley Nadesan and Jordan Tunnicliffe saw the Reds home despite a late strike from Dom Bernard.
But who stood out for the Reds? Here are Cameron Winstanley's player ratings.
Deployed in unfamiliar role at right-wingback. Work rate faultless despite being disappointing on occasions when struggling to beat his man. Incredible energy and hunger in late stages, winning key free kicks in added time to see Crawley through. Performance beyond his years seeing out result.
10. Isaac Hutchinson 8
Some excellent touches and play in tight areas. Controlled and held up ball well when used as an outlet. Unlucky not to have a clear sight of goal with unfortunate breaks of the ball to him. Subbed off on 70 minutes.
11. Remi Oteh n/a
Looked a threat buzzing around the backline before subbed off injured after only 15 minutes.
12. Ashley Nadesan 9
Handful from moment he came on for Oteh. Great work to get the better of Moore-Taylor before superb finish dinking the keeper to open the scoring. Didn’t stop running and on another day could’ve grabbed an assist if his deliveries had dropped kinder.
