With Manager Ashley Carr away on a business trip Tony Tregear took sole charge assisted by Neil Wheeler and Ryan Gayler.

The game started with both sides finding it hard to settle and after a couple of good opportunities we found ourselves on the back foot as Bognor pressed for the opening goal.

A slight change in formation and the Hillians finished the half more positive and were happy to go in at half time 0-0.

The second half started with Hill looking more confident and they slowly imposed themselves on the game with more settled possession and belief.

The all important opening goal came after good work in the midfield released Nathan Cole down the right who whipped in a quality cross which was finished in emphatic style by ‘hit man’ Perry.

The last 10 minutes plus 6 minutes stoppage time was a little nervy but the lads were professional and focused to see the game out.
